The Client

The client is a leading bike spare parts and accessories seller based in Krakow in Poland. They are an online store which sells a comprehensive list of spare parts and accessories from the leading brands across the world.

The Requirement

The client was looking for a reliable and cost-effective data mining and e-commerce data entry service provider who could help them with research and data entry. They wanted our team to mine information about motorcycles, create application lists, compatibility, functionality, etc. from different manufacturer and supplier websites and update the information in the client's admin panel.

Project Challenges

Our team of data management experts had to face a few challenges during the execution of the project. The major challenges were -

• The client wanted the information to be highly accurate and we also had to have an understanding of bikes, spare parts, compatibility, features, applications, etc.

The Trial

We mined the data from different websites and entered the information into the client's portal. There was a client discussion after updating each product in the portal.

The client was extremely happy to see the results of the trial project hence decided to outsource the entire project to us. As the requirement was huge, we assigned 12 full-time resources for the project and the project lasted for a duration of 24 days. During this time, our team of data management experts mined and entered data into the client's admin panel for over 20000 products.
