The client is a well-known restaurateur in North America with a number of popular restaurants under his name. The client is known for their gourmet cuisine innovative food preparation styles. Looking for easing out time-taking cooking processes, the client is known for bringing in fresh changes to the way food is cooked and served.

Requirement & Challenges

The client was looking to develop a mixer and patty maker both for in-house use and retail marketing. The gadget they wanted to develop required to meet all international safety and quality standards while allowing for innovation and ease of use. The device hoped to reduce the cumbersome process of patty making with hands which were both time-consuming and uneven. The client wanted to associate with a partner with appropriate industry experience to materialize their concept to viable mechanical designs, which were ready to go to production floor without delay. The challenge was to provide usable and handy device designs that met all the client's specific requirements and to develop the CAD drawings based on hand-drawn images.

The spice and patty maker has been designed with much detail and each part was designed to help manufacturing process. We also conducted risk analysis tests to ensure the device was capable of withstanding various load and power requirements. We built a prototype and conducted actual analysis to avoid issues once the design was manufactured.

The Results
