The client is a reputed battery recycler in the electronic recycling industry. Based in New York, US, they aid R2, e-Stewards and other electronic recycling companies globally with the collection and proper disposal of battery waste. The client specializes in providing a complete audit trail, including pick up and direct delivery to secondary lead smelters and pick up and direct delivery to other battery processing plants and smelting operations.

The Requirement

The client had a high - volume of business data cards (500+) in a hard copy format. They needed an outsourcing partner to enter the business card details into Excel worksheets and upload onto a customized web portal.

The purpose was to make sure that the business card details were compatible with iCloud, iPhone, and MS Outlook requirements. The client also wanted the partner to validate the details of spoilt or bent cards with unclear details using a Google search verification.
