Their consultants advise 80 percent of Fortune 500 companies, (the world's largest companies by revenues), as well as some of the most influential Governmental and Nonprofit Organizations (NGOs).

The Requirement

The client generated a high volume of daily expense invoices (collated by twenty agents). The client required an immediate outsourcing partner to accurately update the invoice details onto a customized CRM portal daily.

On receiving the client's business enquiry, O2I analyzed the clients' need, performed a Scope of Work assessment and suggested a quality test (trial).

Next, O2I immediately designated a full-time online data entry resource with a good accounting background (as per client specifications) and commenced the trial. During the trial, the client trained O2I's resource online (via video screen sharing), for two business days.

After the trial, the client shared 20 invoices with O2I via email. O2I's data entry resource accurately keyed in the data and uploaded the invoices onto the client's customized CRM portal The trial was successfully completed within 24 hours.

Based on the success of the trial, the client signed a full-time contract to outsource 3000 invoices (100 invoices per day) to O2I. The client designated three Accounting Managers to transfer their invoices on a daily basis, to three full-time O2I data entry operators for online data entry. The project was successfully completed within one and a half month (100 invoices daily).
