The Requirement

The client had a high-volume of screenshots taken by their gaming members. The client required an outsourcing partner to capture the data from the screenshots, and upload onto a customized client portal (dashboard). The purpose was to enable players to check the dashboard and obtain information on their individual and team game statistics.

Challenges Faced by O2I

• The project involved several sports including soccer, basketball footy, and more - increasing complexity of the project
• Assigned resources had to be familiar with the gaming terminology and rules of multiple sports

O2I's resource captured the data that included player information, goals, points, game statistics, and more. The collated data was uploaded onto a client customized CRM portal. The trial was successfully completed in one business day.
