Our client is based out of Arizona, USA and has an extensive experience of 16 years in the Prepress and Design industry. Majority of their work involves designing and printing documentation for both small and large businesses, while also undertaking CorelDraw to Adobe Illustration conversions.

The client approached us with an elaborate Prepress services requirement. The client's hands were full with excess work, and were therefore on the lookout for resources who could work with them on a full-time basis. In order to ensure we were able to take on the project challenges and overcome them, we conducted a week of online and offline training, with 2 hours being dedicated daily to understanding the core concepts of the software.

The Results

Throughout the course of the project, we were able to successfully handle the requests from the client's Sales and Marketing teams, while ensuring each and every project was delivered error-free. Currently, our Full-time resource (FTE) handles all the client's requirements, and ensures all uploaded files received at the end of their day are completed and delivered the very next morning.
