Client Requirement

After failing to find satisfaction with 4 other HDR blending vendors the client approached Outsource2india by considering our experience in HDR blending. They stressed on the accuracy while editing real estate HDR images. Retaining window details and sky replacement was a top priority.

Project Challenges

Our Solution

The project commenced with a trial of 10 HDR image files. The task was cut out to a single resource with a turnaround of one day. The client evaluated the trial service and approved the complete contract. We edited 2000 HDR images in the first month where the task was divided between two resources. The client scaled up the requirement and editing tasks were assigned to 4 image blending experts. The target was set at 500 images/ week. The edited images were sent to the client via the Dropbox.

Our Process

The process we follow was simple and straightforward. We explained the workflow to ensure transparency. The HDR blending was executed as follows -

1. Requirement Discovery

   We downloaded the RAW image file from the client and analyzed for quality

2. Image Blending

   Our editors carried out HDR photo blending along with shadow and color correction, highlight adjustment, lens correction, and more

3. Export Files

   The edited images were exported into JPEG format and reviewed by our in-house quality control team

4. Upload Edited Files

   The edited files were uploaded in the Dropbox and the client was provided login credentials to safely access and download the image files
