He has handled residential and commercial properties and managed facilities and large communities. He has developed a simple plug-and-play property management app that is simple, scalable, and cloud-based. The app has many features, including import and customization of charts of accounts, tracking purchasing, payments, and common charges, and invoice automation (including batch-sales invoices). The property management system allows residents and facility managers to organize information, collaborate, exchange, and socialize on a single platform.
