Client's Requirement

The client was looking to expand its customer base in the United Kingdom and become the first choice of job seekers and be a leading brand in the recruitment industry. They were looking for a quality and cost-effective service provider who could help them with data management. They were looking for someone who could mine data from the various online job portals, work with the employers, and set up appointments for the initial screening round.

The Challenges

Our team at Outsource2india had to face a few challenges during the course of the data management project. The major challenges are listed here -

1. The client was already behind schedule and had set a tight deadline for our team to complete the data management project.
2. We had to go through several online job portals and mine accurate data of the candidates who could be eligible for the jobs listed by employers.
3. The client wanted us to maintain a high level of security during the project and provide them with highly accurate information.

Our Solution

Our project management team set up a team of 4 skilled resources for the project who would be covering a database of about 2000 leads. Eventually, the client wanted us to target a database with 20000 leads and hence we had to increase the headcount of the team to 6 members. This was done to cope up with the huge amounts of data that needed to be extracted.

The Results

By looking at the results of the project, the client was highly impressed and promised to scale up the team size to 10 members in the next phase. They were not only delighted to see the accuracy of the data we had extracted from online job portals but also the cost-effectiveness of the entire project.
